What is your shipping policy?
Small items under 2 lbs. will usually ship via USPS 1st class Parcel or similar service. Other items under 70 lbs. will normally ship via USP or Fed Ex Ground service. Between 70 and 150 lbs. we will ship via Fed ex Ground. Over 150 lbs. we will ship the item on a pallet via truck. For home deliveries for heavy items we will set up delivery with a truck with a lift-gate. The truck driver will drop the item in your driveway or near the street. If you ask a truck driver nicely, they sometimes will push the rock up to the house, but it’s driver discretion. There may be extra fees associated to heavy and oversized pieces, so please read the items listing carefully. At the time of checkout, after you enter your delivery info you will be able to see the shipping cost. Please read the description carefully to confirm any special shipping costs, especially on heavy or large items.
What is your return policy?
If you wish to return a purchased item, you have 7 days after you receive it to ship it back to us. We must receive the return within 14 days. Select special high value items have a 24 hour return policy to prevent someone buying it then trying to resell, then returning the item to us when unable to resell. All returned items must be packed same as how we shipped to you. Items we receive in same condition we shipped them, will receive full credit to your credit card or PayPal account. If you return damaged items to us we will prorate the return. Contact us before returning for a Return tracking number, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for all shipping and postage costs related to the return of a specimen to us. Please use original boxing materials for returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not. We only sell within the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payment methods through PayPal.
Do you buy items or collections?
We do from time-to-time purchase items or collections. We are picky about the items we purchase, but we are happy to view any photos you send us.
We recommend that you contact us first contact us first before sending us photos to confirm that what you are offering is something we would have an interest in.
Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
Our physical store is in Cincinnati, Ohio and customers are free to visit us during our operating hours to browse the showroom.
You do not need an appointment, however if you are traveling from another city you should call our phone number (310) 502-1857 in advance to confirm an appointment just to make sure we are available and not tied up with deliveries or wholesale customers.

I can't find an item on your website. Can you special order?
Only a selection of our inventory is online. If you don't see it on the website, contact us first to see if it's in inventory at our showroom.
