Dinosaur Bone Red, Brown & White Slice Slab 14g Gembone - DB5

Dinosaurs first appeared at the end of the Middle Triassic or in early Late Triassic time, approximately 230 million years ago. The primitive dinosaurs of the Triassic were neither as abundant or as varied as they would become in Jurassic and Cretaceous times.

Here we have a colorful red, brown and white slice slab of dinosaur bone. Great for lapidary, crystal healing or display! The first three photos show the piece wet and it shows a good approximation of what this piece will look like when polished! The other photos are of the piece dry.

The beautiful internal cell structure can easily be seen. Clearly shows agate replaced the individual bone cells! This is considered Gembone!
