Dinosaur Bone Specimen Tumble Polished Gembone - DB3

Dinosaurs first appeared at the end of the Middle Triassic or in early Late Triassic time, approximately 230 million years ago. The primitive dinosaurs of the Triassic were neither as abundant or as varied as they would become in Jurassic and Cretaceous times.

Here we have a tumbled specimen of dinosaur bone. This is a colorful specimen showing mostly blacks and and reds.

The internal cell structure and agate replacement of the cells can be seen. This is a small Gembone!
