Here is a specimen of Madagascar green fluorite from Mandrosonoro, Ambatofinandrahana, Amoron’i Mania. This find was discovered in 2017.
The green varies in darkness from specimen to specimen.The apparent color of these fluorite specimens varies depending upon light source. In actual daylight, these fluorites exhibit varying degrees of fluorescence, from faint to obvious blue. And under UV lighting, they fluoresce bright blue-purple.
