Mosasaurs were immense seagoing lizards that lived during the dinosaur era. They attained lengths of almost 60 feet and a skull up to 6 foot long! The Mosasaur was a powerful swimmer with large paddle feet and a long tail that spent its entire life in the sea. Mosasaurs lived about 85-65 million years ago. This fossil was found in Morocco, North Africa.
