This gorgeous pyrite crystal acquired its shape through natural cubic crystallization. It is not cut or polished. Pyrite (FeS2) is an iron disulfide that crystallizes in the cubic system. Pyrite is a very common mineral throughout the world, but it is very hard to find perfect cubes in the size, perfection and luster as those from Navajún. Ideal for interior designers looking to add color or texture to a project or for collectors.
This cube has another pyrite cube growing out from at an angle from the main cube.
