This is a rare high quality Blue Biggs Jasper. Biggs jasper was discovered in the 1960s while building Highway 97 near Biggs Junction, Oregon. Blue Biggs is a rarer version that displays grays to blues along with the normal brown colors in the “pictures”. This ones makes an excellent display specimen. This piece is unpolished, but is so solid it is an excellent display piece without the polish!
There are several natural imperfections in the surface, created when the piece formed. This piece is very solid!
