Very Rare YellowCat Utah Petrified Wood Slice Slab Polished

This is a Jurassic era petrified wood from YellowCat Flats Eastern Utah that is highly desired by collectors. Typically from the Brushy Basin Member of the Morrison Formation, famous for producing dinosaur fossils, Yellow Cat petrified wood is famous for intense red, orange and yellow colors .

A very solid piece with a polish finish to both sides! Opportunities for us to offer pieces like this are becoming rare. An vibrant piece for your lighted mantel or display case. Looks great with direct lighting! Or you could use in lapidary.
